Beverly Shieh, PsyD
Dr. Bev is a pediatric and perinatal psychologist dedicated to providing the Pacific Islands Community with high quality care through evidenced-based treatments that are individualized and effective. She has worked extensively with children and their families, focusing not only on pediatric and women’s health, but also the application of evidence-based treatments in a culturally-sensitive practice. Dr. Bev has worked and trained at the top hospitals across the country, equipping her with expertise in treating complex and chronic illnesses both inpatient and outpatient in pediatric health and perinatal mental health. She also has experience with multiple forms of diagnostic and cognitive assessments, including but not limited to developmental delays, hematology oncology, and concussion. Her specialty in the medical field allows her to assist with coping and adjustment to hospitalizations, medical procedures, re-integration and participation and adherence to medical cares.
